Due to the intimate nature of our products, Chastity Cages Co maintains a strict hygiene policy where only unopened and unworn items in original vacuum-sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the unopened security seals to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original branded box and use a discrete outer mailing envelope to ensure the privacy and protection of the contents during transit.

  Dispatch Shipment

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier service to our quality control warehouse for inspection.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will verify the integrity of the hygienic seals; approved returns will be processed for a full refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
